Fettuccini With Fresh Basil & Tomatoes 2 lb Ripe tomatoes,peel,chop
2 Cloves garlic,chopped
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 lb Cooked fettuccini
1 White onion,chopped
3/4 cup Fresh basil,chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
Mix tomatoes,onion,garlic,basil,olive oil,salt and black pepper;let
stand at room temperature for 1 hour.Cook fettuccini;drain.Toss with
sauce.Sprinkle with cheese.Serve at once. |
